All cotton fabrics are pieced together to make this mountain scene with wolf. Look closely and you will see that the front has the daytime and the back of the bag has the nightime. On the front is sewn precious stones of various sorts, real shells, beads and several charms. Also attached is a wolfhead pendant, tibetan bell and a Lakota Dream Catcher.
The bag features freehand embroidery.
The back of the bag is also embroidered, and attached is a Crow amulet, moonstones, star beads, and a tree charm.

The large size medicine bag measures 10 inches wide by 11 inches tall. The bag is fully lined and has a double inside pocket for tools and herbs.

The closure is a double satin cord with two art beads attached.
