All sales will have a money back guarantee if the product is NOT as described and returned in the same condition as was sent. We will NOT be responsible for lost/stolen/damaged mail. It is advised to insure your purchases but not required. I always get some sort of proof of mailing which protects me from fraudulant attempts at refunds. PayPal will not refund if mail is proven sent by the seller. I use a flat rate of $5.00 USD for postage which covers postage/shipping/handling.
